Hi, and thanks for checking out my site! My name is Charles, and I never know what to put in bios. But, here’s a stab at it:

I am a composer and audio post-production engineer, primarily for picture (video, film, TV content, etc.). My time is split fairly evenly between the two, and I really enjoy both. Storytelling, be it fiction or reality, is what gets me excited, in whatever form it takes. Embellishing stories through music, building the world of a narrative through sound design, and polishing the overall sound through audio editing and mixing are the ways that I engage with storytelling (more on that below).

For more than a decade now, I’ve worked on commercials, both regional and nationally airing, digital content, short films, feature-length films, and have also worked on some podcasts, mixed some music for a few wonderful artists, and even provided music for special events like TV show premieres and activation events. Good friends and good fortune have given me the opportunity to work on projects for some names like Netflix and Disney. I’ve also worked on projects for various corporate clients, non-profit organizations, government organizations and agencies, as well as many smaller businesses, and collaborated with independent content creators.
